- Sie richten Arbeitsplätze und Peripheriegeräte für Mitarbeitende ein
- Sie betreuen die Windows Server Infrastruktur und die Microsoft 365 Umgebung
- Sie verantworten die Kommunikationsinfrastruktur
- Sie arbeiten im User Helpdesk mit und beantworten Fragen der Kolleg:innen
- Sie unterstützen und schulen Mitarbeitende beim Umgang mit dem ERP-System und Office 365
- Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleister:innen im Bereich IT Infrastruktur und IT Sicherheit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker, IT-System-Elektroniker, It-System-Kaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Digitalisierungsmanagement oder eine andere IT-Ausbildung absolviert.
- Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Umgebungen und Microsoft 365 mit
- Sie haben Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik, Benutzerverwaltung und Sicherheitsthemen
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Anwender*innen
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Dynamics NAV) sind von Vorteil
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B
1 to 2 years of relevant experience
